According to her relatives, on Tuesday afternoon, at approximately 4:30, Teresa was driving back to her home in the Deer Run sector when her truck was hit head-on by another vehicle.
The woman died at the scene of the accident.
The tragic accident occurred at approximately 4:30 pm along Del Rio Blvd in the Siesta Acres area of the community.
The accident is under investigation by the Texas Department of Public Safety.
A GoFundMe account has been set up to assist in funeral expenses for the family.

The victim in the fatal head-on collision that occurred on Tuesday, November 10th, has been identified as Teresa Fuentes Barrientos, 50, from Eagle Pass, and mother of three children.
