Over 22 counties participated in the Southwest Texas Regional Advisory Council for Trauma (STRAC) Conference held in Eagle Pass on Friday, December 1. 

  Erik Epley, Executive Director of STRAC, welcomed those in attendance and explained what STRAC hoped to accomplish through the event.
