When I first met our latest Profile Series subject he wa a little kid who would make his grandfather buy him a toa every week, he would say, “Quiero uno toy!” This kid has grown up now and will soon be a freshman in high school. His responses to my questions have impressed me to no end. But the future looks bright for the Carrillos, ALL of them. His sisters are amazing as well.

The Eagle Pass Lady Eagles took second place at The Maverick Classic in Pearsall this past week with victorias over Comfort, Somerset, Charlotte and Holy Cross. 

Junior Sophia Morales stored 50 points and Carly Rankin dropped 48.
