Maverick featured back Deion Alonso had another 100 yard game, yet was unable to break free to score against a stingy Ram D.
Chris Cantu had a few significant ground gains and Robert Ramirez saw his first action of the season with a ten yard gain, but it was not enough to overtake the Rams whose Eduardo Esquivel scored on a 12 yard run up the gut for the final DR score.
